This information is for Voices Against Cancer Exhibitors and Artists.

Important Dates and Times
Sioux Falls, SD Largest Convention Returns July 20th & 21st, 2024!
- PRIMARY load in is Friday, July 19th, 2024, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Optional Load in is Saturday morning, July 20th, at 7:30 am but you MUST be set up prior to 9:00am.
- Doors open on Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 am
- Vendor Show Hours are:
- Saturday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (VIP Entry at 9:30 am)
- Sunday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm (VIP Entry at 10:30 am)
Booth Pricing
- Artist Booth 10×10 $190.04 – Artist Tables are for merchants to make their own flat art or crafts. If you did not make the items you are selling, you must purchase an Exhibitor Booth. Booth comes with 0ne 8′ table, two chairs, and (2) badges.
- Exhibitor Inline 10×10 $216.32 – Comes with one 8′ table, two chairs, and two badges (Please let us know if you WILL NOT NEED YOUR TABLE)
- Exhibitor Extended 10×20 $295.18 – Comes with two 8′ table, two chairs, and four badges (Please let us know if you WILL NOT NEED YOUR TABLES).
Booth Terms & Conditions
- Placement at sole discretion of VAC.
- Booth Sharing is not permitted.
- Additional Exhibitor Badges available online at purchase and at load-in.
- Pipe and drape are provided.
- Load-in instructions are provided 2 weeks prior to the event for artists booths and 3 weeks prior for exhibitor booths.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Electricity is not provided.
- Exhibitors attempting to sell bootleg items may be removed from the event without refund.
Additional Needs
Additional tables, as well as chairs, skirting, and additional pipe and drape, as well as electricity, are available through the Convention Center. These must be covered at your own cost. Fill out the exhibitor services form and email in these requests.
